The 45 year old was admitted to hospital on Saturday June 30th, suffering from the effects of the nerve agent.

Russian Federation has committed an attack that resulted in the death of a Briton, defense minister Gavin Williamson said on Monday, linking Russian Federation to the incident after a 44-year-old woman who was poisoned by nerve agent Novichok died.

In a statement Lorna Wilkinson, director of nursing at Salisbury District Hospital, said: "We have seen a small but significant improvement in the condition of Charlie Rowley". He is in a critical but stable condition, and is now conscious.

In a statement, Ms Sturgess' family said her death has been devastating for them and "Dawn will always be remembered by us as a gentle soul who was generous to a fault".

The family also thanked the NHS and the team at Salisbury District Hospital who cared for Ms Sturgess for eight days after she was contaminated by Novichok.

A dose of the nerve agent hunted by police in the Salisbury and Amesbury areas could be active for up to 50 years, police have said.

They also wished Charlie Rowley a "speedy recovery".

But Kylie was quick to respond to her devoted fans, writing: "i got rid of all my filler", with several anxious face emojis. And looking for a change, Kylie Jenner asked her fans on Sunday if she should dye her tresses back to blonde.

The couple were found in their home, about 14km from Salisbury, where a former Russian spy and his daughter were poisoned in March.

Police have said the working theory is that their exposure was linked to the earlier Novichok attack in March on ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in the city of Salisbury. The two of them spent many weeks in hospital but survived the attack.

"This is particularly important as families are starting to prepare for their children's summer holidays and so I am asking that people are extra vigilant".

Charlie Rowley, left, regained consciousness Tuesday after being exposed to the deadly nerve agent Novichok.

However officials have said there is no evidence the pair visited any of the sites in Salisbury which were decontaminated after the attack on the Skripals.

A police cordon remains outside Charlie's house, while officers have also sealed off Rollestone Street in Salisbury, where Dawn had been living at John Baker House.
