Iceland winger Johann Berg Gudmundsson has pinpointed the Super Green Eagles of Nigeria as one of the toughest teams his side could have drawn for the group stage of the 2018 World Cup.

The venue and other details are expected to be finalized shortly, according to him.

"We've got Croatia again, not really happy about that, we played them in the World Cup play-off last time and they were in our group this time, but we know we can beat them", Gudmundsson said. Iceland's reward for becoming the smallest nation to qualify for the World Cup was drawing a tough group, featuring Croatia and Nigeria as well as twice world champions Argentina.
