Swift released her sixth album, "reputation", last week.

A black purse and her now-signature wavy banged lob completed the ensemble.

I'm sorry, Taylor Swift can't come to the phone right now. Why?

So basically, when it comes to burning up the Billboard album charts, Taylor Swift is mainly in competition with herself.

The 27-year-old singer-songwriter's latest studio album Reputation has sold well over a million copies in its fifth day since being released on Friday (November 10), according to the latest report.

GameStop PowerPass, Unlimited Used Games Program, Temporarily Suspended
Assuming PowerPass is relaunched in a functional manner sometime in 2018, this is still not the outcome GameStop wanted right now. The program went through a soft launch in some locations earlier this month, with its full rollout to follow later.

Swift this week announced the first US dates of what is expected to be a world tour to promote the album.

Her previous opening week high came courtesy 2014's "1989", which sold 1.287 million USA copies in its first week.

This million-sales week does give Swift a leg up over Adele in one respect, though: Since Nielsen Music began electronically tracking music sales in 1991, Swift is now the sole artist to have four million-selling weeks.

Swift announced the first round of USA dates for her "Reputation" tour on Monday morning.

The big sales also keep Swift's hot streak alive coming off "1989", which went on to win the Grammy for Album of the Year in 2016 and sell more than six million copies.
